We do not ask for sensitive or banking data through this site.

03

What we use it for

  • →Reply to your request and send you an email confirmation.
  • →Prepare a quote or technical proposal.
  • →Understand how the site is used in order to improve it.

We use your contact details because you give them to us when you send the form. We don't sell them or use them to send you advertising without your permission.

04

Who we share it with

Only with providers we need to run the site, under their own security terms:

  • →Email provider, to receive and reply to your messages.
  • →Hosting and database provider, where the site runs.
  • →Google Analytics, for visit statistics.

Some of these providers may store data outside Chile. We may also disclose data if a competent authority requires it under the law.

05

Cookies and analytics

The site uses technical cookies to remember your language and protect forms, and Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

06

Our clients' data

When we build or manage systems for a company, we process its data only on its instructions and to provide the contracted service. We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) from the first meeting.

Fintora, our personal finance app, has its own privacy policy published at fintora.cl.

07

Security and retention

We apply technical and organizational measures aligned with ISO 27001: encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-person access control and regular backups.

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to reply to and follow up on your request, and then delete them.

08

Your rights

Under Chile's Law 19.628 on the protection of private life, and Law 21.719 once it takes effect, you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use.

We reply within the time limits set by law.
